I brought my car 2001 car into the dealership on 4/8 to have the A/C looked at and freon put in. I had an oil change and inspection sticker too. I spent $173.79. Two days later my A/C was running hot and I contacted Service dept. I was given an 9 AM appt on 4/16 and returned then. Today, I left my care with the auto dept. thinking they would fix their mistake. What did they do? Charge me another $87.33 and told me I had to have a new air compressor!! I left the dealership still with no A/C and have already given Billy Navarre $261.12. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! The service advisor told me that they had to put a special ink into the a/c system before they could tell what was wrong with my car? I asked him why didn't they put the ink in when I was there previously when I spent $173.79. He said that isn't how it works. As stated earlier---DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I tried to contact Billy Navarre personally, and he wasn't there, nor his secretary.

i was satisfied with everything until my cd player broke and i hadn't even had my car a year. i took it in to get it fixed and it has been three months and i when i call and talk to someone they all say let me call you back and they never do! this is rediculous!!!!!! someone can at least call me back and let me know something.

What started out as a sweet dream of buying a 2500 HD Silverado has turned into a nightmare. It started going bad at the time of delivery. We sat at the dealership for over 8 hours waiting for fincancing to be completed. Our truck was delivered to us that same night with an empty tank, empty soda cans in the bed and dirt in the floorboards. During this 8 hour wait would it have been that hard for the salesman to gas it up and clean it up for the delivery. While signing the papers all we heard was Joe Busby's pay is based on how well we rate how well he did during the sale. After sending in what I thought was a more than fair servey about this, now 2 months later and we don't have our license plate. My husband call and spoke with someone by the name of Josh who told us not to woryy if we get stopped by the police just to tell them we were waiting for our plates, and we should only get a warning. I will NEVER recomend Billy Navarre Chevrolet to anyone!

The first sales person that I had to deal with was very pushy, rude to my wife and tried to add approx. $750. to the sale without me knowing it. I caught the "so called mistake" before I signed the final papers. I wonder how many elderly or unsuspecting people don't catch mistakes like these on a daily basis. I like the Dealership, but sometimes I wonder if Billy Navarre knows what some of his salesman are doing to try and make an extra Buck.

The car did not have floor mats so they had to order them and they gave us the run around. We had to go 5 times before we got them! Also we have been waiting over 2 months for our plate to come in and my husband called and called and no one answers the phone! Very frustrating. Will not buy again from Billy Navarre! I also will not be saying good things about it to friends and family. Very dissapointed! Great service before the sale but after, nothing. The salesman had me wait, while he had a bullshit session with another salesman, for 20 minutes when i went for the floor mats, which were wrong again!! Sales man: Quincy Broussard
