They completely screwed my mother. She bought a brand new car (19Miles) but my contract says used. Completely voided my Manufacture Warenty and charged her. They never signed the contact with the bank. (which says she bought a brand new car) then suckered her into having to go 35 miles to get the car serviced.

I have been taking my Durango for servicing here for 10 years. Other than one problem, it's been great. They've been friendly and accomodating. Just purchased a 2009 Kia Sportage. We had Jeff as our salesman and were very happy with him. He was friendly and helpful. BJ helped with the "numbers" part, and he was also helpful and accomodating. We were there 1 1/2 hours beyond closing and everyine was still nice a friendly to us. I have no complaints and would purchase from here again. I plan on using Murray for my Sportage servicing as well.

My experience was fantastic. They gave me everything and more. Tim was my salesman and he couldn't have been more accomodating. This dealership is A+ when it comes to customer service. I am proud to be an American truck owner. Not sure what everyone else is complaining about, maybe you all need to go back to driving school and learn how to operate a vehicle.

2007 dodge 1500 with hemi, bought brand new, service has refused to repair had it there 5 times. they threw me off property when i could no longer accept the fact they wouldnt repair my truck, the truck makes extreme noise yet they refuse service, now have told me not to come back, this is my appreciation for spending 40,000

Beware of buying from Murray Dodge they are liars. I just bought a used Neon from them(the car itself does seem ok so far), they didnt even fill up the small 10 gallon gas tank which annoyed me. But worse the cars.com ad for all their used cars listings says "All Pre-owned vehicles come with 3month/3,000 mile warranty or balance of factory warranty!" on the powertrain. When i got home i realized I didnt have a paper on it so I called them back, the manager BJ says my car doesnt have a warranty at all! I said yes it does 3month/3000mi, I signed a paper, then he says they dont have a warranty like that, if it has one at all it would be 30 days/1000miles he says bring the paper in. So I go in and they say they will give me a copy of the paper I signed, the window sticker and sure enough it is only 30day/1000miles, what about the ad i say, they say that is only if you pay the advertised price. Thats BS, it doesnt say that anywhere plus all the window stickers say 30days/1000miles. It is just a BS gimmick to pull you in. And once they had my business they were unfriendly and rude. I have been to other dealers where that is not the case, I still get a xmas card from the ford dealer i bought my escape from 7 years ago. I will never go to Murray Dodge again.
