If there were a different Kia dealer in my area, I would use them. Service and support are a low priority, from the disgusting facilities to the distracted, confused staff. This is how a great product can be ruined for the consumer.

Beware of buying from Murray Dodge they are liars. I just bought a used Neon from them(the car itself does semm ok so far), they didnt even fill up the small 10 gallon gas tank which annoyed me. But worse the cars.com ad for all their used cars listings says "All Pre-owned vehicles come with 3month/3,000 mile warranty or balance of factory warranty!" on the powertrain. When i got home i realized I didnt have a paper on it so I called them back, the manager BJ says my car doesnt have a warranty at all! I said yes it does 3month/3000mi, I signed a paper, then he says they dont have a warranty like that, if it has one at all it would be 30 days/1000miles he says bring the paper in. So I go in and they say they will give me a copy of the paper I signed, the window sticker and sure enough it is only 30day/1000miles, what about the ad i say, they say that is only if you pay the advertised price. Thats BS, it doesnt say that anywhere plus all the window stickers say 30days/1000miles. It is just a BS gimmick to pull you in. And once they had my business they were unfriendly and rude. I have been to other dealers where that is not the case, I still get a xmas card from the ford dealer i bought my escape from 7 years ago. I will never go to Murray Dodge again.
