They didn't have that many cars to choose from but I guess that is not unusual for most Acura stores. The general manager- Joe F came out of his office to assist and was pleasant to deal with- very upfront and sincere. Overall we were very satified with the level of competance there.

I sent an e-mail a couple of days ago to indicate my surprise in the trade-in appraisale of our 2004 RL. Was seriously thinking of purchasing 05 RL until the trade-in was $26,000 for our RL which we purchased for $48,000 a year ago.Still waiting for a response from 3 days ago to see if the salesman was correct. Don't think that our car was inspected. Was told this is what it would be if it was sold at auction price. So we left with an unsatisfactory feeling. Attitude was oh well!!! BYE!!!
