Ourisman Rockmont Chevrolet Dealer Reviews P 02/28/2008 Service Fair Overall Fair Comments Not the best place to take your car. They try but no attention to little details. I recently had them do repairs on my 07 HHR and the car was returned to me a mess... I took it back as they forgot to put on the GM logo on the door and my running board was not aligned properly. The interior of the car was extremely dirty, I had to spend an hour with wipes cleaning all the dirt and dust from all the panels. They left a stain on my rear headliner. And did not put the rubber grommet around the hook that hold the seat back latch, that is still missing. The new quarter panel they installed on the car has a dent in it (from the inside out). I nipple dent. There are runs in the paint some of which they did take care of. And the car rattles and makes body noises now. Oh well. I already advised State Farm and Travelers Insurance, but I doubt they will do anything. It is so incovenient to keep taking the car back to Ourisman. THOSE OUT THERE... STAY AWAY, if you want good service go someplace else...
