I purchased a Tacoma recently. In less than a week the radio malfunctioned. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for a replacement and still no word. So much for Toyota quality and service.

I bought a new 2009 Camry from this dealer and purchased the paid in advance service plan and extended waranty.
During the process of completing the transaction (aranging the financing, waranty, etc.) which understandably took considreable time, the salesman said he would get the car cleaned up. They had an hour or longer to get that done We were delivered a dirty car even tho he made such a big deal about cleaning it up. I mean nothing was done to it. That spoke volumes about their coustomer service.
Yesterday, 4,16,2009, I retruned to this dealership to get the car serviced (oil, lube, filter and promised tire rotation. When I left the car with the service guy I asked how long it would take and he said about 45 minutes. An hour later my wife asked him how much longer and he said at least another hour because there were 5 cars ahead of us.
I went up front and asked to see the general manager and a lady paged him but he never showed up. So another guy asked if he could help and I told him the problem and that I will never buy another car from this dealership. He offered me a loaner but I was not in the mood to stay in Shreveport all day (we live in Longview Texas) so I declined.
I guess I was crazy to buy from a dealer an hour away from home but who knew they were so uncaring about coustomer service. It certainly wasn't what they claimed during the sale.
We traded a Honda in for this car and had dealt with Holmes Honda next door to Yokem toyota and was alwasy impressed with their service and I guess we expected the samn from this sorry dealer. Not the case. But NEVER again, yokem.
