we bought a 1999 saturn sl2 with 72000 miles we were promised it went threw 130 point inspection and it was a good car we drove it 32 miles had it 2 days and the engine blew up. Allen patch has not offered to fix this problem. They feel they lost money on the deal. well i basecally paid 100 a mile to drive my saturn till it blew up! i am a single mother of 5 children I went to allen patch believing I could trust them as they are a large dealership. Plus I was promised all these lies at the time i bought the car.If they feel the lost money why did they advertise the car at the price that they did? And sell it for the price they did? Maybe I could not afford to spend 10,000 $ like alot of their other customers do but my money is good hard earned monry too, I was a customer too, I feel I was sold a lemon, I was not treated fair and with the understanding surrounding the lemon law. I was cheated, my family was cheated. Come on 32 miles for $2,700.00. I couldve rented a limo for cheaper than that.Allen Patch ford mazda has been very rude to me and i dont feel people like that should be able to take advantage of hard working single mothers like me!!!
