Service Dept. ripped me off on 2 different vehicles. They mis-diagnosed problem. 1st. car I paid.$680 and they didn't fix it. I took it somewhere else and they fixed it for $110. 2 car they charged me $777 and I had the same problem. I took it back and the service manager diagnosed the problem as a plugged fuel filter. I fixed it myself for $10. I took it back to the service manager and told him the fuel filter resolved the problem. He wouldn't refund my money on the unrequited repairs stating "I don't know that the car didn't need the repairs"
