never received owners manual from dealership. reasons:1.taken from salesmans desk,2. after filling out survey, told by salesman I needed to get my own manual and touch up paint. 3. told by salesmans manager J.M. that he paid for his own manual & TOUCH UP paint why should I get mine no charge ? He also threatened to hang up if I ASKED for the manual again even though I was in the middle of a roadside emergency. He would not let me speak to their sales manager or service dept.It was a horrible experience that should never have happened if they would just have done what was promissed. I am a senior citizen and other seniors should be extremely careful with this dealership!!!!
