I went into the coastal nissan dealer in Norwell Ma, and the man that helped me wouldn't give me the time of day, " he was too busy" and asked if I could come back the next day.. Well.. They lost that sale!

This was the only dealership I visited that approached the transaction in a fair and honest manner. They provided me with a real price upfront and gave me a decent amount for my trade-in (which wasn't in perfect condition). I will recommend Coastal to anyone looking for a hassle free purchase.

Terrible follow through. Customer service is non existent after you sign for your vehicle. Don't bother buying or bringing your car there for "any" type of service, they will aggravate you to no end.Your time is not important to them.

I found the entire team at Coastal Nissan to be professional, customer-focused, and knowledgeable. I was looking for a used SUV or pick-up truck and the Coastal team picked out some good choices for me and was patient and thoughtful. Not to mention, the XTerra I picked is roomy and great in snow and mud! On the service end, I have also been impressed with their attentiveness and follow-through.

We purchased a Quest out-of-state and had a wonderful experience with the dealership. The sales and financing departments walked us through (via email and phone) everything, and the service department went through all the features on the car with me over the phone to ensure I had everything working properly. Overall great experience.

Shopping for and buying a car is my least favorite chore. I had the easiest and best time at Costal Nissan. I felt like the sales man was straight forward and left feeling like I got a great deal. This was this first time I had a good experience with a car dealership.
