After the service manager totaled my car while in their care, I was threatened and told that if I caused trouble I would be blackballed at 15,000 Ford/lincoln dealership worldwide, lied to, after four weeks of fighting an uphill battle, I was sold a sub-standard replacement vehicle and basically told to get lost. The management personnel was despicable and treated me with the utmost disdain, Ed Howard never had the courtesy or the social grace of even sending me an apology. All I wanted was for them to make it right.
This is the worst dealership with which I ever dealt.
