purchase of car,530i,has been a total disgrace. tires not retaining air...buying new tires within a span of 12 mos. having less than 14,000. Left car for approx tenth time on 1/8/2008, through Mr. Diss. Return dealership
on 1/11/2008, met with service manager only to be told my car was not there(car was left my my father) I called him he ensure me he left the car with Mr. Diss. The service manager help me to search the car are only to fin my cae was AGIN with a FLAT TIRE, NEVER RECRDED AS BEING ACCEPTED FOR SERVICE. I AM REQUESTING REPLACEMNT WHEELS AND REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE MANY NEW TIRES PURCHASED.
I AM NOT ABLE TO ENJOY MY CAR DUE YOUR FAILURE TO CORRECT THE ONGOING PROBLEM WITH THE WHEELS PURCHASED. YOUR IMMEDIATE ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER WOULD BE MOST APPRECIATED.
