My experience with this dealership was awful! They sold me a used car that was a lemon. Within 24 hours of leaving the lot, engine failure lights came on and the brakes began to squeal, electric windows had problems, and cupholder broke. I returned the next day to have the problems fixed and they did an awful job and the brakes were not properly serviced. They did not replace ruined calipers etc.etc. They told me the engine failure lights were on due to a loose gas cap. A local car dealership serviced the car and confirmed that this was not the case. When I called back, they refused to fix the brakes even though they were loudly squealing. My choice now is to go through the NYS Lemon Law process. The manager of Capitaland told me "you bought a used car, deal with it," and then hung up. A horrible situation. Hopefully NYS law will expose the dishonesty of these people.
