I should have left then! AND the service stinks!!!I made an appointment for warranty work and three days later was still being told it wasnt done yet. Being upset at leaving the vehicle for so long I complained and wound up with hand prints, foot prints and grease all over the inside of my clean vehicle! Which I cleaned because it was NOT clean when I took delivery even though the salesperson sent it back to be re-cleaned... it wasn't!!The repair lasted a couple of months but the issue is still present! I gave it some time but the rear lift gate quit working so I was forced to call for another "appointment" and was told they didnt know how long it would take and they do not offer loaners anymore... they were all sold and have not been replaced and have no idea when they will be. It is just tough that I cannot sit in their waiting area all day,knowing they will have to order a part and then return and wait some more. I have a life! Apparently once you spend your money in this place they are no longer concerned whether or not the product they sold you is viable or not. True the rear lift gate is not the engine THANK GOODNESS but it is a vital part of the ability to use the vehicle and certainly something I paid extra to have with power!!!! Some places just have bad days but this place is just plain bad service from the word go!
