WOW, what a nightmare! Supposedly I was talking to an owner ("Gary"). If so, and he sets the tone here, UGH! What a predjudiced pig. Typical! Keep your money and go to Beck's or Horne's or even better, to Tucson. This dealer gets a "THUMBS DOWN" rating overall.

I had to have the rearend replaced in my 98 GMC Sonoma while there on vacation. I have been trying to get a tech report as to the cause(normal wear, poor maintenance etc.)for 10 days. Work was performed in timely manner but cannot get Service Manager to return call or send tech notes about what caused the problem. I just had the vehicle serviced before leaving home. About 600 miles from home, rearend started making noise. Vehicle has been serviced religiously for the past 56,000 miles that I have had the Pickup. We bought it from the original owner and have service records clear back to birth! All I need is the Techs impression! 102,000 miles on the vehicle.
