Last Tuesday, 3/22, I had an 11:00 appointment scheduled. On returning at 2:00, I discovered that my car hadn't even been looked at yet, while other vehicles were being brought in for service. I made my concerns known to the service manager and he seemed incapible of explaining the reason for this.
I purchased my new Elantra from your dealership last July and it was a totally enjoyable experience after past nightmarish visits to Hampton Hyundai, in Ft. Walton Beach.
Unfortunately, now it appears that you must have hired the service manager from Hampton as the service was terrible and your service department knew, when I made the appointment, what was needed and this, most likely, would require ordering the parts.
I finally left after nearly 4.5 hours, only to be told that the "parts had to be ordered". Why is it the customer is totally stupid when it comes to automobile service and gets to wait a good part of the day to be told what was already known, 4.5 hours earlier!
Your sales department was too good to be true unfortunately when the service department is terrible.
