I brought my BMW to the service department at the College Station/Bryan location and was discriminated due to the color of my skin. I will not buy another car from this dealership due to the treatment by Joe Miller in the service department. To Quote him he said we are indepently owned and I could look up the 800 number in the back of my owners manuel if I needed to talk with someone. He also informed me that they would just call him and not do anything. This makes we wonder how many more minority customers has he did this to at your dealership and that you are allowing him to treat minorities this way. This upset me so that I am in tears at work all my coworkers are aware of the treatment that I have recieved from your dealership.
