I bought a 2009 GMC Yukon Denali from this dealer the other Friday. I called them up and we agreed upon the price over the phone. When I arrived an hour later, I gave a deposit and filled out the paperwork. IT really couldn't have been easier to buy a truck. I had to come back w/my wife on Monday to pick it up. It was nothing but a good experience. I can't rate them on trade in or service b/c I haven't used them for that.

This dealership ripped off my 80 yr old mother of 8,000.00.An employee there named Del said she signed papers for my son to buy a car. She never went in,she never met Del and she never signed anything yet somehow her name was put on the car and when it got reposessed she had to pay. It was against the law for him to put the papers through without her signing them in his presense but he did. I contacted Rick Mastria who said on several occasions that he would pay the money but never did. I was going to take him to court but it was too costly. This company is sneaky and unprofessional. Please dont buy a car from them. Think of your mom and if this happened to her.
