I have had the worse experience with Len Stoler. I have been waiting for almost a year now for them to process my refund for my extended warranty from my trade in. The salesman was a complete slimeball and now I am being completely ignored by the company when I try to follow up on my refund. I have contacted the financial manager Mike and the general manager Jerry Epstein....and still nothing! I would have never purchased a vehicle from them but I was put in a bind because my car was totaled and it was a race against time to get a new vehicle to get back and forth to work. They knew that and took advantage of that. They sold me a 2007 Jeep Compass. I had the vehicle for exactly 1 month then I broke down on the beltway. Come to find out they had to re-build half the engine. They had the vehicle for 30 days. The day I got the vehicle back I broke down again on the beltway. They then had to replace more parts on the engine and had it for another 2 weeks. Good thing I bought the extended warranty!
