This is my second time purchasing a car with Criswell Honda but this time as a divorced single mom all on my own. I don’t want to say they had pity on me because of course they could tell that it was my first rodeo, but they held my hand the entire way through and didn’t try taking advantage me. They also have a great selection of inventory. I have made new friends and a new home at Criswell Honda and will return here for service needs as well as for my next car. I just hope I don’t ever run into my ex-husband!

This was my first shopping experience on my own and with a Honda dealership! I was very pleased with the service I received at Criswell. Not only was I completely satisfied but I loooooove my new Honda Civic Hybrid. I would like to brag on Michael for helping me along the way. He was very attentive and knew his products inside and out. He did not pressure me into buying and got me a great finance deal with Edward. They both kept me informed during the cycle.
