Intial quote of time and labor pricing increased when the vehicle was brought in for a replacement part. A very detailed conversation was intialy done before bringing it in. They are the highest in labor of any authorized dealership I contacted. The service rep was did not care of the original qoute and used silince to combat my noting it was not the original quote.
