Purched a uses car that was equiped with anti-theft and remote access.
After the deal was done and they gave me the KEY
(1) I asked for the remote for the locks/alarm the sales person said thats all there is and directed me to the parts department. I had to pay
for equipment the should of been provided at point of sale.
For the amount of money i spent on the care they could of given me
the remote..
