I bought a used truck that I still think the mileage was turned back but I can't get a good VIN search. They also didn't pay off my trade until I filed with the BBB and then went into the dealership daily. I asked for a copy of the check and called GMAC personally to get this resolved. It took two months. At the end I heard he didn't pay anyone's trade as he didn't have the money. The place is finally closed and vacant. Thank God. I would never purchase from any dealership Rick Pepe manages again.

NO OTHER DEALER WOULD GIVE ME OVER BLUE BOOK FOR TRADE AND DISCOUNT 2500 OFF THE STICKER ON MY 08 MALIBU. WHICH IS PROBABLY WHY THEY WENT OUT OF BUSINESS. AND ON TOP OF THAT ALL OF THE USED INVENTORY THEY WERE STUCK WITH.

EMPLOYEE PRICING B.S. He claims that there the only chevrolet dealer in NJ with the best selection and inventory.B.S. Ohh don't let me forget his favorite phrase "look at this pretty blablablabla...Its a shame all the customers that drove long distances to find it was all B.S. I feel real sorry all you guys that didn't get your trades paid off!!

worst experience we have ever had. We traded in our 2006 suv to get a new one. They never paid off our loan as they said they would now it is destroying our credit... we call every day made to leave a message and no one will call us back. You go in there and no one is ava..We have filled a police report against them and are seeking legal action. Let me know if anyone out there is having this issue to. The police department said that there were several other people who came in yesterday about the same thing. DO NOT GO TO CHEVY 73!!!!!!

Ad stock was a joke. The old bait and switch routine. Salesman kept asking me about my personal life...questions that have nothing to do with buying a car instead of giving information about the cars. He wanted to know how much time I had today...can only guess that he wanted to know how much time he had to wear me down. When I said I had an appointment he just walked away advising me to stay out of the rain. I got their newspaper ad from my car and went back into the showroom where the manager said he would get me another salesperson then he disappeared into the back and I didn't see him for the next 25 mins. Decided it was time to leave and I did... my suggestion... don't bother going in the first place.

Do NOT go there. Overheard managers treating sales people with harsh language to embarrass and debase then when they were only doing their job of bringing the wishes of the customer to the managers. The trade in offered was a joke and over 1,000 less that the blue book value of the car. Horrible experience that left me sick in the stomach. Also, overheard sales people giving wrong information to customers. Horrible experience...stay away. TV ads completely deceptive. Contacted general manager to discuss above and never received a call back!
