I was banned from the Dealership for asking why the terms of the agreement had changed, asking for a Carfax history report, and asking for the Bluebook value of the car. The manager did not even come out to speak with me or my family but went ahead and banned me, my wife, my 4 year old daughter and 9 month old son from the premises as well as any other Jim Bass Ford location.
