Sale price tag not honored. Initial price nego.. with salesman was that I get the car for the sales price on the tag, but when I'm ready to commit to purchase, Russ Darrow said they have to add $750 to the price, if I wanted to finance...because the rebate has already been applied to the sales price...this was BullSS... Because of the 2.9% financing, I bought the car anyway, and purchase a maintenance contract $350 for 3 years or 35K, used one couple, not happy with service (oil leaked all over my driveway about a week), and ask for cancellation of contract, they charge $150 for an oil change. Refund was about $200. Russ Darrow Dealership will never have my business again nor my relatives, friends, and coworkers...
ALSO I DID NOT NO RUSS DARROW NISSAN HAVE SOME MANY COMPLAINTS ON BBB. CHECK THIS OUT BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO SPEND YOUR HARD EARNING DOLLARS OR GO TO ANDREW NISSAN. That's where both of my Nissan are being service, much better service.
