the service department's main goal is to take as much money from you as possible. we got charged almost $300 to replace a dead battery. this does not include the service package cost (approx $3000) which covered nothing for the repair. nice. oh yeah, the the service mgr called and said he was sorry we weren't happy, but he could not do anything about the steep charge. (why did he bother calling us?)
