I just my new Malibu from this dealer’s Internet Department and what a Phenomenal buying experience it was. I submitted my inquiry and got an immediate response. I called my Internet Sales Rep and he mentioned that they try to work by appointment due to the fact that they will have my car cleaned, gassed and ready for an immediate test drive upon my arrival, they did just that. When I arrived my car was cleaned and waiting for me to test-drive it. I drove the vehicle, came back inside and found that the Internet Sales Manager had just about all of my paperwork filled out and got me through the entire process very quickly as I requested.
I would highly recommend this dealer’s Internet Department; they completely changed my view on buying a car. Great job!!!!
