The service deparment is not up to the level of other Indiana BMW dealers. I have had much better luck at Tomkinson in Fort Wayne. Here is my most recent problem with Stoops. I have left two messages with the service department within the past 10 days asking them to call me at their earliest convenience. The receptionist is pleasant and apologizes for the delay. She assures me that they will call me at their earliest convenience. 10 days, still waiting.
