Frank Smith Toyota will not honor their contracts. On April 27,2009, They would not let 4 people test drive their 5 2008 Toyota Tacomas that came from a Home Health Agency in the Rio Grande Valley of S TX. They lost the keys. State law says if you are delivered a vehicle to your residence and the contracts are not completely signed you have 3 days to return. Plus if they sell to someone else and the amt is less than the purchase price. Toyota financial can not garnish your SS check.They can not send a collection agency to your residence either
