Recently purchased a 2009 Dodge Journey, the vehicle was misrepresented, I was told it was a Demo, actually a lease, window information sticker and dealer said navigational system- no system included, nurmerous outstanding recalls, warranty work needed to be completed, entertainment parts missing, and everything on back-order. Spoke to dealer, floor general manager and owner himself, treated with disrespect and no accountablity was taken by the dealership.
