Terrible service. checked vehicle several times for AC leak. Unable to find. Claims needs to replace missing fan belt.. Fan is ELECTRIC. Looked at spark plugs, says looks like original plugs. Did not notify when car was apart. Put car back together and wanted to charge $600 to replace plugs. Could have replaced when the plugs were out.

They knew the cover of the antenna was broke, offered to order a part, never did. Said it was a certified vehicle, and yet another Mercedes dealer said the antenna should have been repaired before they certified the vehicle. Cost us $298.50 to replace the assembly which they knew was broken. They lied about the vehicle having a navigation system, lied about the interest rate over the phone, lied about ordering a part for the antenna. Terrible service.
