It was really great! Everyone, from the receptionist, salesperson, and the sales manager were awesome. We got the exact car we were looking for and saved over $1400 from the other two dealers we shopped at.

On July 20, 2005 I took my 2005 Dodge Caravan in at 7:30 a.m. with an appointment to have the oil changed and to have a recalled part installed. I was told the car would be ready by 3:00 p.m. At 4:30 I finally called and was told they were backed up from the day before and it would not be ready until the next day. This was a major inconvience. I would not recommed there service department, they are very un-organized even on the phone.

On approx. March 7, 2005 I took my 2003 Dodge Dakota to this dealership for problems I was having with the shifting. I left the truck there, when I came back to check on it I was told there was nothing wrong with it. On 3/10/05 I took it to Sunset Dodge in Sarasota and come to find out there was multiple problems with seals leaking and bad sensors.
