Do not buy from this dealership. Promises made by the sales person were not kept and the service department is terrible - long waits, inflated prices, lousy attitude and mediocre quality.

I purchased a 2004 Pontiac Vibe. I agreed to an "out the door" price and when I went to pick up the car I ended up paying for additonal taxes, registration and other fees to register the car. I was told by the salesperson and the used car manager that they don't negotiage "an out the door" price and I should have anticipated the additonal expenses since those additional cost are not negotiable. This is the only dealership that I have ever heard that from and I should have been told that when I agreed to the price. The salesman was very personable but the manager was not. The trade in value that I was offered on my car was over $1,000 less than book trade in value. I am very disappointed in the entire transaction and would not recommend this dealership.
