After at least 5 phone calls to David Hyatt (none of which were EVER returned) we decided to do business elsewhere. We make sure all of our friends who told us to buy a Nissan in Lubbock know about the poor (actually LACK) of service we received. Glad business is so good for these guys that they don't even have to return calls to people serious about buying a Nissan from them.

this dealership sucked! The sales consultant Jessica or Justine dont remember her name was a bitch. Just very selfabsorbed & kept answering her cell phone as we were talking. Rude & immature.
