Was jacked around by the service department. Told that they would take my car in right away to change my back brake pads. Two hours later I asked how much longer and they hadn't started. Once they started the work, it took half an hour. They wanted to charge me for 3 hours labour. Service deparment employee told me that if I didn't want to pay high prices I shouldn't have come to a dealership. Very unprofessional. Will never return.
