This dealership is the worst possible. Service is terrible. I had to wait 3 1/2 hours for oil change even though I had an appointment. At one point I took my car to them to get my struts replaced. They said 3 things could be wrong. With their analysis, they wanted to charge me $190 and they didn't even know what was specifically wrong. They wanted to charge me for their time. Absolutely crazy. Will never by from them again. Save yourself the heartache. Find another dealer cause Liccardi is the worst. Two thumbs down!!
