These people excell at being overly incompetent.
here's a letter of my experience i sent to the GM and corprate office.
Hello
My Name is Thomas Meyer and I feel the you the upper management should be notified of the incompetence present at you costa mesa Honda store. First let me relate to you my not so wonderful experience. I found the vehicle i wanted set out the deal to where we (me and the sales associate) agreed. Well i was filling out the paper work it became known that my wife would have to be present to sign. So i called my wife and she took her lunch break to come 20 miles and sign her name once. I then proceeded to wait for 3 hours to get into finance (i sat by as people bought cars in front of me)
Needless to say at this point i was near furious. So i got my turn in finance only to find out that ooop's they needed my wife back to fill out paper work (i should have just left at this point) i promptly blew up at the (slimy (greasy hair smelled like smoke) finance man) he calmed me down and said i could take the car and bring her back later in the evening which i did. So we came back filled out the paper work and thought "great that will be the last of that)". About a month and a half goes by and we get a call from the used car manager at good old power honda telling us the ooop's we either forgot to smog your car of lost the paper work (i think it's illegal to sell a car without proper Smog) and they needed me to bring the car back before they could register it. I brought the car back it took them 2 day's. At this point you would think that it can't get worse right hahah wrong. So i got the registration for my car today and it has no stickers (i have been driving with the advertisement power honda covers over my license for about 4 months now because the stickers on them say sept of 05) i call your lovely dealership and explain the situation after being put on hold 3 times speaking to 5 different people im told that they can do nothing i have to go to DMV. So now yet again i have to waste my time and money for these morons incompetence.
Let me assure you sir's anyplace i can share my story of your company's lack of competence and customer service i will.
I find it amazing these people have not been fired of arrested for unjust or criminal practices.
P.S. I'm pretty sure it's fraudulent to provide insurance to people when they buy their cars from your company.
Sincerely Annoyed
Thomas Meye

Went in for an oil and lube. I declined several additional recommended services. Got my car back scratched. When I showed them the scratch, they refused to take responsibility saying it had been there . Their attitude was particularly unfriendly, after knowing I have already paid for the service. So think about any after-sale service they would provide.
Often recommends lots and lots of parts/services.
