got a price quote for a repair , thay did not do what thay said thay were going to do and chared appx. 300.00 more than the org. est., i got 3 other est. from ford dealers in tampa all were within a few hundred dollers, now the parts that were put in my truck a most likely damaged because of the incomplete job that was done this truck will be going to a diffret ford dealer in the area to finnish the job. im dissappointned and lowers my confidence in your service dept. at your dealership
