Please refer this to Camille Bennett. We purchased a 2006 Kia Sorento from Crain Kia in benton. The terms of the contract were misrepresented to me I contacted the dealership back about the terms being wrong and the mileage being falsified on the contract and the purchase order did not match the contract. When we purchased the vehicle they included a $2291 extended warrenty that we did not ask for nor want. When this was brought to their attention they told me that in order to get that low of a payment I had to purchase that warrenty. I told them I would not pay for the warrenty and I wanted the paperwork redone. The finacing had not been put through yet and They agreed to redo the paperwork. When we came into sign the new contract they had a new purchase order ready to sign and refused to print another contract until we signed the new purchase order we refused and told them we wanted our whole deal cancelled they brought in the sales manager Tim Starks. We explained what happened and where the mistakes were on the contract and stated due to the fact we had been decieved and lied to several times over the course of the deal we wanted the contract to be cancelled and we were leaving the vehicle in their possession and would not be taking it home he was very rude and threatened that we would have a repossession on our credit if we left the vehicle on their lot. We left the keys on his desk and left the lot. As we were leaving the showroom Mr. Starks was screaming at us that we would have a repossession on our credit.
