If you treat people with respect they will do so in kind to you. The sale rep cut my converstaions off, would not listen to me and stated financing $9000 would resuly in over $20,000 in interest alone, no choices, no options. I called manager Tommy at one store, He was extremely rude adn short with me, telling me to call Eric Blair at teh other store. I called Eric who also starrted out defensive but eventually calmed down, tryingto get me to come down to the far south inconvenient store and he would personally sit and work with me. In thsi economy and hard times for people, this is why used car sales peopel have sucha bad reputation. My advise is for youto stay as far away as possible from any Clay Cooley sells representative or manager. Salesman Lamar called us on two different days and told us to come to Dallas and "get your car" only to call back later and say it was sold to someone else. The General Manager "Tommy" sat on the phone with us for about 30 minutes and said they had done nothing wrong by selling the car to someone else while we were working a deal on it. When we told him this was unethical, he said he was not going to get in a "pissing" MATCH WITH US BECAUSE IT WOULD NOT DO ANY GOOD, THE CAR WAS ALREADY SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE.This will be reported to the Better Business Bureau, and I hope everyone else that has a problem with them reports them also. This is a very shady company, i am very glad after reading all the other comments on this blog that we did not get mixed up any further with these crooks... When I was purchasing the car the salesmen told me they would fix the car. I tokk the car to the dealership over 7 times and each time they stated they changed the sensor but by the time I made it down the highway the check engine light would come back on. When I wanted to give the car back I was told by a MANAGER that I was stupid for buying a car with high mileage. I am a single mom with three kids. I only bought the car because I was in dier need of transportation. The service guy was the only one who was understanding of why I was so upset of why I had to keep bringing the car to them. The dealership is a scam. I have even noticed them demeaning their employees. And they want to know why my payment is late? $2,650 in mechanics parts and labor- idiots!
