Hey Harry,
Thanks for introducing me to Scott LaRiche, I hope that LaRiche Chevrolet can help me out.
I did not get any paperwork back when I picked up the car from you last night.
The defrosters are still not functioning properly, and when I go to start the car the starter keeps turning when the vehicle is running.
I will be bringing the car back as soon as I get a notice that the parts to complete the repairs are in, hopefully by Monday 3-7-05.
I might have to take a day off of work to work with your service people, to make sure things are right.

Warranty Issues / Continued problems
1.) Power adjust foot pedals do not work.
2.) Electrical box hanging by brake pedal.
3.) Passenger seat warmer does not work properly
a. Luke warm on back.
b. Seat does not heat up.
4.) Defroster is not functioning properly, right side windshield, and both side windows do not clear.
5.) Battery – Would not start car had to call for a jump, Tested drops below 10V under load.
6.) Alignment – Vehicle pulls to the left, need to check alignment on a machine, this has been an issue since we purchased the vehicle over a year ago.
7.) Remote start – Intermittent problems since we purchased the vehicle over a year ago.
a. Displays driver door ajar.
b. Driver seat moves while driving, changes from driver 1 to driver 2, or from driver 2 to driver 1.
c. Seat warmers shut off while driving.
8.) Serpentine belt making a lot of noise.
9.) Check all window regulators, windows are moving slow.
10.) Transmission making a lot of clunking noises.
We have not been very happy with this vehicle and the service we’ve been receiving from Lou LaRiche regarding this vehicle.
The two Suburbans that we leased prior to this one we have loved and have had excellent service with those vehicles. I am not sure what has change, but we are giving Lou LaRiche one more chance.
If these issues are going to require you to have my vehicle for more then one day, I will require a loner.
