overall the experience was ok not great i have bought several new cars and never went through what i have gone through and are still going through almost two months into this new car purchace,lack of communication in explaining things through and resolving issues like lost paper work the bank dont have,and the most valueable thing its almost time for my second payment and i still DO NOT HAVE A TITLE APPLICATION FOR MY CAR I CANT GET A TAG SO THIS MEANS I CANT DRIVE MY NEW CAR!!!!i will say in ending i will never buy from here again the only good thing i have to say about this is the ability to get financed is the best but after the deal you make sure you got what you need or you just may not get it.
