Where to start:
1) Dealer I met with seemed unfamiliar with "put everything on it" and kept asking me to circle which items I wanted on the vehicle.
2) After purchasing the vehicle, I had to go back *3* separate times: a) dealertags b) sign some paperwork, and c) to pick up my second set of keys they never mentioned.
3) Vehicle took MUCH longer for me to pick up than originally estimated
4) Unable to install mp3-audio cable said it "couldn't be done" (a standard advertised feature) they recommended I take it to another audio shop!
5) From a PEBBLE, driving 15mph under the speedlimit, my windshield instantly formed a 12+ inch crack. Woodhouse informed me the windshield would not be covered under warranty as the "rock" was an outside source that caused the damage. I told them that was equivalent to my car going over a speedbump and spontaneously combusting!
