my parents drove from amarillo, tx after being quoted a price. when they arrived, the quoted price was raised by over $1100. my mother suffers from fibromyalgia and the lengthy drive and added stress caused her extra pain. the manager would not even come out of the office to explain. they were not even offered compensation for their time (15 hours)or the money they spent to travel to the dealership. what kind of service is this? they are senior citizens and i definitely do not appreciate someone taking advantage of them.
