These people put me through hell. My loan was financed and was just calmly waiting for the insurance company to send a total loss check whwn the dealer called me and said "hey why don't we get you in to your car." I said sure, he gave me a list of things to bring, I did. He asked for an additional thing I drove 30 miles home to get it. I went back to the dealership, sign the contract, sign everything, change my insurance and then the sales manager says he wants a FRADULANT check from my personal bank account to "safe guard" HIS car. After I had been there jumping through there hoops for almost 5 hours. I voided the contract and left. They just wanted to get me there and get the papers signed. They made me feel loke a second class citizen. I used to drive an Acura RSX and I was NEVER treated that way at the Acura dealership nor the Toyote Dealership I drove to 84 miles out of state to buy my new Scion just to not have to deal with the creeps at Kings Toyota.
