Service dept not trustworthy.Everything must be checked to see if they actually did the work, if they miss lubing the doors or rotating the tires they say its only this we did the rest. Anything other than service that is required has had to be done more than once. I have been told not to give a bad rating ..the service advisors get the blame and the mechanics who do poor work really do not care. The advisors are good but they can't check to see if the tires or car was actually done. Can't get price schedule for services in writing. I put a lot of miles on and I must tell you if they charge premium prices for the car and service you should get at least as good as service as Nissan or Toyota this is a preium brand supposidly. I do not trust this service dept..they are always saying we have new people better etc.
