He made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions and understood what type of vehicle I needed. He did not push me in any way. This is the first time that I have ever bought a car that I was completely relaxed and comfortable, which is a direct reflection of the way I was treated by the sales person (Tony). My next purchase will also be a Merecedes not only because of the quality of the vehicle, but how I was treated during the purchasing process. I had the best time ever getting a new car with him. There was no pressure and he answered all of my questions. He really let me set the pace of the transaction, which I really appreciated. Once I decided to make the move, he sprung into action and had everything ready for me. It only took about an hour from the time I picked out my car to the time I was driving away in it. While I was sigining the paperwork, Tony was thoughtfull enough to take my phone and set up the car's bluetooth thing for me. Totally great guy. I tell anybody I know wanting a car to contact him.
