I will never buy a car from Carl Gregory in Johnson City again. It was the worst experience I have ever had, not only was the manager EXTREMELY rude but the whole dealership was very midleading. My sales person told me that the car "just needed oil and the only reason we haven't put it in is because we don't carry that type" I thought okay, sounds good I will have that taken care of. As soon as my tires were off of that parking lot a light came on saying STOP so I pulled it over and afraid to drive it home had it towed. After two days my mechanic told me that the car needed a NEW ENGINE!!! This will cost me $3,000 dollars. Absolute rip off. I would never suggest anyone go there....ever. Simply put, rude & lying staff plus horrible vehicles.
