My elderly parents (one who has emphysema and the other who has bad knees) purchased a 2006 Pontiac Montoya in April, 2011. When they first saw the van, it had a cracked windshield. They were told the windshield was already on the way from Phoenix and would be repaired the next day. It was one week before the windshield was replaced. After taking ownership of the vehicle (they paid in full), the vehicle wouldn't start on two separate occasions in the first ten days. The second time it happened, they were left stranded an entire weekend without the use of a loaner car or any type of accommodation. When the dealer finally sent someone out to look at it, they didn't even send a mechanic, they sent the detail guy. After it was towed, the mechanic accused my parents of bending all the fuses (the detail guy and salesman were the ones under the hood). When the car was returned, the remote no longer worked, but they lied and said they fixed it. They take advantage of seniors, do not purchase here.
