Comments The experience I had with this dealer has been the most disappointing and disgusting sales experience that I have had ever in my 31 years. I am not just being spiteful or bitter, nor am I a competing dealer trying to cast a bad light on the competition. I am a hard-working, single female who expects simple professionalism and honest during any sales experience. The Dealership: The dealership is a very small building with no waiting or reception area. As soon as you walk in, you are at the first sales person's desk. The "lot", which contains ZERO Suzuki's, has a junk yard in the back. All kinds of run-over and wrecked cars line the side and back yard (grass, not concrete) of the lot. You can tell that MINIMUM effort is put into making this place appear corporate or at least 1/2 way legit. The Car: I flew in to Atlanta from Memphis for the sole purpose of buying this vehicle. I had been corresponding with the dealership for over a week. When I arrived, the car I was to purchase was "next in line" to be washed. It was sitting in the detail line, dirty on the inside and out. Got in the car to test drive it and it was on EMPTY! My sales person says "Well, I guess you wont be able to get far". I asked if they could put gas it in, and he says 'Sure, when you buy it we fill it up". Sooo, I just took the thing to the gas station. Upon inspection, the car had SEVERAL defects, not to mention having more than 1,000 additional miles than what I had been told. I understand that a used car will not be perfect, but this car had obviously been wrecked (along with the other two I test drove). There was smoke coming out the tailpipe and some rattling come from underneath and just TOO many other things to mention. Needless to say, I declined to purchase the piece of junk. The SalesPerson & Manager: I had arranged to be picked up from the airport by my salesperson, Mitchell. He picked me up on timeand took me to the dealership...no problem there. Well, when I started to look as if I wouldn't be buying anything from this low-class and tacky operation, I asked if I would be taken back to the airport. Mitchell says "Yes", he would take me back. However, when the sales manager (who wrote the book on UNprofessionalism) couldnt talk me into buying the car - he "informs" Mitchell that he cannot take me back to the airport and that I have to find my own way home. I called a taxi and got the hell out of there. To ANYONE looking to purchase a used luxury car - or ANY car from this place. Please, take a moment to observe. You deserve a dealer that puts his best effort into preparing a car for sale and being honest from the onset. This dealer is obviously only concerned with profit - not to mention that everyone who works there looks tired, worn-out, and greedy - ready to sale you your worst nightmare. As I rode past the dealership heading home, I noticed at least 3 other luxury used car dealers that at least had no junk cars on the lot. As a consumer you have options, You do not deserve what these people have in store for you.

Comments i had a great experience at gwinnett suzuki. i am located in florida and i was looking for the 3 series bmw from very log time and i found them online and i called gwinnett suzuki. i talked with randy he was the sales person over at the suzuki. he told me that the car is still available and in stock and the car is in beautiful condition. when i was looking for the car online i saw same car were more pricer then them. then i ask randy why is that posible and randy explained me that they are a volume dealer.I flew down to atlanta where randy came in to pick me up from airport as a good customer service in the same car i was trying to buy and trust me the car was looking like brand new out of the show room. i drove the car to the dealership and i was complete satisfied with the the car. so i was ready to buy and i was finacing the car through my credit union but guess what they even beat the interest rate and i got better payments from where i was trying to be at. for me it was a really good experience and i will definatly buy more cars from them what ever other people say

Comments 5,000 miles after buying the car there I had to take it into the mechanic for $3,000 repair. According to the mechanic, this should have been very easily been recognized by the dealer, and that they probably covered it up. Thanks, but I will never go here again and neither will any of my friends.

Comments Terrible service. They were extremely rude and deceitful. Always making excuses and blaming people. I was warned by several not to buy from Gwinnett Suzuki but I thought it would be fine. I was wrong. The place is run like some ghetto Kentucky Fried Chicken or third world country. They have zero ethics, their word means nothing. They are pathetic. At the time of purchase they made many promises but absolutely refused to do anything once I bought the car. I had to make 6 different trips from Midtown (360 miles) to literally beg them to do the minimum of what they promised, and now after 5 months they have not and will not do what they said. They promised a loaner car, but refused to provided it when I showed up, so they make me stand around for 4 hours only to find they weren't even working on the car anymore and hadn't done half of anything. The tires they put on are cheap, the wall cracked and they pull to one side. Refused to detail the car. Never replaced the dented side panel. Would not replace the missing logo, after a month they gave me one that doesn't even fit. They waited until the 30 day deadline to transfer the plates, leaving me no time to deal with it. They promised an oil change, lied about the value, and then were furious when I actually made them do it. Will not pick up calls. They might have some low prices, but it is NOT worth it. Go somewhere else.

Comments Completely screwed up my car sale by tacking on an additional $1000 to the sale price after we were done negotiating. Took over a month to get a key for my car (which I had to go pick up across Atlanta (twice) myself). Did not offer to TRANSFER my old warranty because they knew they'd make $300 off the cancellation of the previous one. Charged me for plates and did not deliver them. Had to go to DMV and pay again. Processor completely screwed up the warranty refund (kept $300 of it for the dealership - READ THE FINE PRINT) and sent $244 of it to another customer. Offered to give me a free oil change, which they did not honor. Did not detail my car as promised at the time of sale. Of the approximately 30 phone calls I left this dealership they returned 5. Always an excuse: buck-passing, lost message, "not here", goes to voicemail, "not my department", "let me transfer you", disconnection, sit on hold for 20 minutes, etc.

Comments car was damaged, and as per warranty, dealer attempted to fix car to make safe. Service department almost totalled vehicle engine by cracking oil pan repairs and used jb weld type material to cover up botched repair job. I took car to reputable infinity service department for repair costing 2800 which dealer (Ricky) agreed top pay, and has yet to acknowledge or respond to request for reimbursement. dealer and service department very unreputable.
