They will lie to you and they took me for a ride. They lied to me and said that the rebate of 2750.00 on an Ion 07 had to go to them. They also took my 2500.00 out of pocket and requested an additional 500.00 in 45 days. I just went through a divorce so my credit was bad but they took advantage of me knowing I needed a car. When they gave me my car they took the MSRP tag off and that is illegal. They also over charged and said it was for washing the car...etc...etc... I did not pay the 500.00 because they would not answer my questions or e-mails. They took me to court to put a judgement against me for $356.00. It was supposed to be $500.00 but they over charged me license fees so it came out to be $356.00 plus $91.00. One of their reps left me threatening messages on my phone that they will take me to court several times and disclosed personal info to a family member. they did not follow FDCPA laws and I filed a complaint. I can't believe they are that hard up for the $356.00 when they know they got all the money out of pocket from me including my 2750.00 rebate. They also know it is illegal to put down that I paid the $500.00 on my contract and then take a post dated check from me. I did my research after the fact and I regret it. I will never go back to them. Also The Saturn cars are making a loud popping noise and they cannot fix it. I was told I have to wait to see if they recall this. Stay away from them they are crooks. They prey on people that had some financial difficulties and they do it with smoothness.
